What we collect and why

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, company, work email, and the part information you provide. You may also choose to provide your phone number, country, expected annual volume, NDA preference and a message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested products or services. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

How we handle your information

Vercel hosts this website and provides the website analytics described below. We use Resend to deliver contact-form emails. These providers process the data needed to provide their services. Where processing involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, appropriate GDPR safeguards must apply. We do not sell personal data.

We retain enquiry information for 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless a legal obligation requires a different period. A limited, temporary technical record is used to prevent contact-form abuse.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited and improve the website. It provides statistics such as page views, referral sources, country, browser, operating system and device type. It does not use analytics cookies or store visitor IP addresses. A temporary identifier is used to distinguish visits and expires after 24 hours.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests, where those rights apply. Email info@emtxi.com to make a request.
