Who we are.

High-performance electric motors depend on sintered NdFeB magnets. The magnet is a small part of the cost of a motor and a large part of its performance — and its supply is concentrated in very few places. Most buyers have one qualified source. We think every serious motor programme should have two.

We build from the customer backwards. First the drawing, then the qualified routes, then the measured samples, then recurring supply. Every part that passes a customer's qualification is an asset we manage carefully, because switching a magnet is never trivial.

Our long-term ambition is a specialised, independent permanent-magnet supply platform for European industry: more than one production route per part, independent measurement as a standard, and — as volumes justify it — finishing, magnetisation and quality control capabilities under our own control, closer to our customers. We will build those capabilities in the order that customer demand proves them, not before.
